Heart of Brighton City Centre by 9S Living

Great location, convenient for Brighton Pavilion, the beach and pier, and the conference centre where I was working. The kitchen was well equipped for our short stay. We enjoyed sitting watching the world go by from the bay window.

The door to the apartment was extremely heavy to open, but this probably means it's very secure and fire resistant. It was however quite difficult to open. There was some noise from passing revellers late on Saturday evening but not too much, and anyway this was only to be expected in the town centre location.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable but the best thing about it was the location. It was simply perfect for our weekend plans.

It does need a little bit of tlc in places - one of the plug sockets in the bedroom nearly came off the wall when I unplugged something.

The location of this property was amazing. So close to the pier and the sea. There was a nice little welcome pack which the kids loved too. And the Lanes parking was a hop skip and jump away so it really was ideal.

Whilst it was clean when we came into the property it smelled very much of smoke I thought it was non smoking but as well could have been the people sitting in the alley smoking and drinking most the night(which earplugs were provided for so thank you.. It was very hot and it would have been nice to have a fan in the rooms to help with this as well.

The location of the apartment was good. The apartment had most of what you needed when arriving late with a big plus being the basket with coffee, tea and a few other lovely bits.

It was a bit tricky finding the apartment entry. The carpet outside and inside could be nicer, other than that, it's not much negatives.

The location was right where you need to be shops, beach and bars. The apartment had everything you needed for a comfortable stay.

The property is in a very busy area so can be noisy at night till 3-4 in the morning, if you’ve got the windows open. The shower was very touch and go and one point to hot to put your hand under the hot water, mixer needs renewing, bigger bath towels would be nice.

Perfect location, comfy beds and some nice touch from the owners - breakfast bars, mints etc. We had lovely time, thank you!

Loved the location and the quality of the accommodation. Was very impressed so many things were left for us to use like teas, coffees, sugars, crisps snacks etc. our host Corinna was very helpful and courteous

The Apartment communal entrance and stairway is shared with 4 other apartments so the carpet and general appearance could do with refurbishment

Location was good and staff were helpful with early checkin and late checkout

The property needs to be decorated and maintained - carpets and walls are dirty, windows need to be cleaned

The apartment was in a fabulous location. Jin was a fabulous host and left loads of lovely goodies. We didn't have to buy very much. At all. I would definitely recommend them and I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Jin. X
