Excellent communication and clear instructions. Even a video to show the procedures both at the main door, and apartment door. Communication continued to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. An extremely generous array of biscuits, cake, and sweets was left for us.

For the purpose of our stay this property was fine. It’s very central, which was good, but did mean that the noise outside continued much of the night.

Fantastic location. Spacious apartment with all required facilities. Clean, modern and lovely extra touches. Great support and instructions from the hosts.

Shower was difficult to get correct temperature. The communal area (which isn’t the fault of the hosts/apartment).

Location and convinience

The entrance hall to the flat seriously needs updates. The flat was clean but the hot water in the bathroom was unpredictable and we found it hard to run a bath. The shower was ok but not much water pressure. The noise at the night from outside was expected in the location so it was OK for us.

Location was great because it’s right in the middle of the city centre. Within walking distance of the main attractions.

The smell when entering the place was a little uncomfortable

Location was superb! All communications were great, the host was fab.

The place was a lot bigger than we expected and the most central location we could ask for! Our host was so attentive, at the end of of the phone if we needed them, and they even left us little Halloween treats, eggs, squash etc which was a really lovely touch which we greatly appreciated!

Excellent location and REALLY comfy beds. Great and speedy communication with the owners.

Really noisy all night from the streets below as its the weekend, and we were prepared for that as we knew brighton very well.
