"Stylish boutique hotel in good location but needs to add some practical elements."

Location. Stylish.

Style over practicality. Nowhere to put anything in the room or bathroom for comfort stay. Odd continental breakfast which was poorly stocked. One coffee only allowed without further payment and rate charged should cover coffee at least . Stairs and no lift which would be awkward with cases etc.

"Expensive given its location. Car park is scruffy and gives a poor first impression."

Room was excellent

No bar, strange layout and confusing service offer. Across the road from railway and bus stations but no noise issues just lots of people at times.

Good location. Warm room

I was continually disturbed by the patrons in the room above me. At 3am there was loud noise and stomping. I reported it but have had no response. Very disappointing
