Lovely hotel in a good location. Hospitality tray had a great selection of coffee, tea and biscuits. Decor very nice and staff friendly and very helpful

Struggled with first flight of stairs because of very narrow handrail

Everything was perfect. It’s an absolutely amazing hotel

My ONLY observation. Is that there is no hand rail on the stairs. Especially the fact there is no lift, at least fit handrails for guests who may struggle to walk up and down stairs but can do with some hand rail support.

The hotel is well decorated and fairly priced. The room was spacious despite being a "cosy" package. The rooms felt secure and when you put your keycard in the slot all the lights came on in a very well presented way. It's right next to the train station which makes it very convenient. All the staff were lovely that I interacted with. There were biscuits and mints in the room and Lindor chocolates in the lobby.

The Wi-Fi was slow at 10Mbits per second, making even watching YouTube in the room a frustrating experience. The bathroom had a shelf in it that was dusty, implying not all surfaces are cleaned very well. The AC made a clicking noise when on, so when I complained, the person who visited the room just turned it off. You can hear the engines of the trains that pass the hotel from behind, including when they idle at night. The "continental breakfast" is a single pain au chocolat offered with Tetrapak cereal and milk, and they try and up-sell you on a cooked breakfast that isn't so meagre.
