Be extremely careful before booking this unit. This listing includes two completely different units, and the title is very misleading. It says “3-bedroom apartment,” but what we actually got was a tiny studio—after paying a premium price. We felt totally misled and ripped off. The studio was way too small—even for a couple. Then came the ants. The kitchen was full of them. Trying to prepare baby food or milk was a nightmare. We even found ants inside our luggage before leaving. The noise was nonstop. The unit is just meters from the tramway, and every few minutes a train passes by shaking the entire place. Add to that the fact it’s on the ground floor, right at the entrance of a 100-unit building—so you hear every single person walking in, out, or standing around chatting outside your door. No peace, day or night. As if that wasn't enough, there’s construction everywhere: a massive site next to the building, and a stadium project right in front. Work goes on all day and night—no break. The bathroom was a disaster. No shower curtain, no barrier—so water went absolutely everywhere. It flooded the bathroom, the room, even reached the front door, and started going out into the building’s lobby. And guess what? No floor drain in the bathroom or kitchen. We had to grab a mop and manually push all the water back into the tub. After that, we gave up and didn’t use the shower again. The bathroom sink was clogged, draining super slowly. Hygiene overall was a big issue. Our daughter’s socks were filthy & BLACK after just 30 minutes of walking around. We ended up deep-cleaning the place ourselves just to make it livable. To top it off, the coffee table was broken in half. Couldn't even place a glass on it—had to put everything on the floor. Private parking of the unit was occupied during our 6 nights stay, parked in the street instead of having a parking slot that I have paid for! Kitchen stuff was there but so basic and minimum.

Spacious. Clean. Quiet area. Hosts had good communication when we had questions.

Wasn’t sent location or access before arrival. Ants were in the kitchen so couldn’t have any food in there, unless kept in the fridge. Shower difficult to use and had no shower curtain or window so water went everywhere.

The apartment building was clean as well as the area around it. There is a grocery store and cafes in a reasonable walking distance. The neighbourhood feels safe. Plenty of parking next to the house.

The apartment was clean but there are a few areas where some improvement would be welcome. The fridge works, but its doors are falling out and it is installed into the built-in closet the wrong way. The door to the kitchen balcony would not be possible to close. It lets the cool or the hot air in, depending on the time of the day, and the train that runs near by is loud if the door is not closed. The internet in the apartment did not work. The signal was there but no connection. No online content would load. We ended up using 4G throughout our stay.
