It was easy to contact the customer service department. There was really nothing else positive about this experience.

The condition of the apartment was bad (toilet seat broken, no toilet paper, shower door broken...) There were used soap bars in the shower, no amenities. Water damage all over the apartment. The bathroom rugs were definitely used before.

"Way below expectation. Was not pleasant. Would not go back."

The apartment was huge. Location was safe and quiet.

Extremely unclean especially the bathrooms. Lacking amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body gel and hand soap). No lighter for the gas range. Essentially the apartment was not ready to host guests.
