Elevators were either not working or extremely slow

Location was convenient to everything. Easy for my son to get to from base. Roomy accommodations.

The amenities, pools and distance from everything is PCB was perfect. The ice cream shop and restaurants were great. Check in was easy at the desk.

When we first arrived at the property it was very confusing. Instead of the host being pleasant they kept telling me to refer to paragraphs in instructions. Which were far from helpful. You cannot enter the property in parking garage. My mother walks with a cane we were told you could use a wheelchair for max 2 hours, or we could pay to rent one from a shop out on Thomas. Would have been useful information that the unit is not easily accessible and be prepared to walk. The first thing we found was no internet. The property did not pay the internet bill. I had asked if they knew why it wasn't working, we figured that out and let property owner know. Limited kitchen supplies which I understand, but the child size oven mits were unhelpful. Only 4 Large bath towels. The first evening we went to sleep there were only 2 very small children's blankets besides the one on king bed. The hostess was again, not pleasant. I asked about blankets. They proceeded to tell me the unit was ROBBED!!! How scary to be in a strange place and know that. The staff on site was EXTREMELY rude, which I know isn't a reflection of the host, but it should be noted. Our last guest arrived to find food crumbs on the pull-out bed. Finally, after my last guest had no blankets or clean bed, she booked a hotel Tuesday evening late we received replacement blankets. As another note to not having blankets I was told to turn the thermostat up. I will never book with this host again. The woman who I received the blankets from in the lobby questioned why a host would tell me they were robbed. Again, what a weird experience. I as a businesswoman would suggest after a robbery to replace items. As Walmart is in walking distance from the property and items are inexpensive. The couch is small along with 2 small awkward chairs. I would not consider this a unit to come and "relax and be comfortable" at. I will note the ac worked well; the unit was clean with exception of the extra bed.
