Snowbirds are welcome Laketown Wharf Resort 2 and 3 flrs

The location of the resort was great, walking distance to a lot of places plus the pools was good as well.

The condo we stayed in did not have enough furniture one small three person couch in the living room and there was four of us. The tv in the master bedroom was extremely small and you could only watch Netflix and s fourth in living room and not in the master bedroom. The other issue all of our plug ins in both bathrooms did not work so I couldn’t blowdry or do any of that in either bathroom had to in the bedroom that didn’t get fixed til the third day and the most disappointing thing was our dryer did not work I washed loads of clothes and could not dry them they could not get the dryer fixed because they didn’t have the part so we could not clean our clothes which all of these things should have been checked before us paying to stay and couldn’t even use the amenities. If I stay again at this resort it will not be at this room. For the amount we had to pay we should have been reimbursed for not being able to use the amenities that we was promised Ive never had any issues of anywhere I have stayed in Panama City except for this place.

We like the convenience of all the retail and restaurants in the area along with the room and the pool area's.

However, we felt unsecured due to the patio door not locking the four days while on vacation. We had to use a leather belt to secure our safety for four days. Plus, I had to set up a fall trap to make noise if someone came into our room. Indeed, while out on the beach. Someone entered our room and ate our food that was in the refrigerator we purchased earlier the second day. I don't know whether if I would stay again! Not feeling safe! I reported through Booking.com by email. The staff at the hotel told me that there were nothing they could do. Wow, I wasn't expecting that reply at all!

The apt could have been cleaned little bit better. Could have cleaned the ceiling fans and curtains and Replaced blown light bulbs.

Loved the views, pools, location, and condo.

No air in the elevator areas or in elevators. Need more elevators.
