The proximity to the beach.

Not enough elevators and the South garage is not connected to the building. And since we were on the 2nd floor we had to go up to the 4th floor just to go down.

The condo was beautiful! The only thing was that there were not enough towels and wash clothes and the mattresses were hard!

The main building needs some upgrades. A lot of the stairwells were closed. The layout is weird because the south parking decl elevator only goes to the 3rd floor but does not connect to the main building after the 3rd floor and then you have to go up a flight of stairs and then take another elevator back down to the third floor. This made no sense with a lot of luggage.
