"Surely there are better options in the neighborhood!"

The location was easy for sightseeing around Colaba area. The gate of India was just a few minutes away. And the area is full of shopping and dining options.

The hotel facilities were very old and depressing, and the staff were not professional. Our room got to be cleaned only once out of four nights we stayed. The concept of cleanness is very different from my standard. The breakfast room couldn't accommodate enough guests, and we didn't have any breakfast there as it was just full.

"A good choice for the location and budget."

Excellent location, very close to Gateway of India and Taj Mahal Palace and Colaba Causeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and always willing to help. Room service was good.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic every morning, sometimes not enough seats and you had to wait for a table. Rooftop restaurant could do with refurbishment and service was poor.
