The house was spacious and really comfortable

The bathroom was kind of a mess, water leaked everywhere from the shower and the sink is wayyyy too narrow, but it really didn’t bother us that mich, we just needed to be a little more careful

There was a lack of towels for the number of people staying, the dishwasher leaked across the floor and the dryer door was loose. the Host was notified and responded quickly.

L'appartement était très bien placé et nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse. La salle de bain était magnifique.

La veille de notre arrivée, nous avons reçu un message nous demandant d'envoyer notre adresse email pour que la société propriétaire puisse nous envoyer un lien pour réserver un montant (caution). J'avoue que je n'ai pas apprécié de recevoir ce message la veille de notre départ et ne savais pas si je devais faire confiance. Finalement tout c'est bien passé mais le même jour j'ai reçu un message similaire qui était une arnaque. L'appartement est prévu pour 5 personnes mais il n'y avait des couverts que pour 3 personnes. Il n'y avait aussi que 3 chaises à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur.

It had all the amenities that you needed. It was clean and tidy.

The joining instructions - as they have several properties, I had taken the booking.com address and not latest address. It was at a different place. Also not aware you had to use the same code for 2 doors. Also couldn’t find traditional British tv stations - probably my lack of technical skills!

The apartment was nice, good location.

There is no lift. There is a beautiful washing machine and dryer, but no washing detergent was left to use. There were a few coffee pods available and a few tea bags available.

Nice airy apartment, well equipped, comfortable beds, good location, 10 minute walk to Rotterdam station, coffee machine and pods provided.

Apartment is up 6 flights of stairs, no lift, (not mentioned), no aircon, no parking, silly rectangular bathroom sink, impossible to have a wash, noise from the local ‘boy racers’ at night showing off like peacocks

Enough space for 4 people Everything needed was available

There is only one toilet. For such an apartment, it is not confy at all, as 4 people were accomodated. Furthermore, the toilet and the shower are not in the same room..
