Breakfast was poor and so was the cleanliness of the room. Smelled like animals were in the room prior to my stay.

Loved the location, accessible to shops and restaurants within walking distance. Loved the full refrigerator and provided breakfast

The fridge freezer was full of ice build up and couldn’t put anything in it. Should have been defrosted by staff before stay. Floor was not mopped had to that myself. And the fridge was filthy inside and appliances dirty on surface. Had to wipe down & disinfect. Those things should definitely have been clean at the daily rate for the room.

housekeeping service was unacceptable. We stayed a Home 2 for five nights. I understand that housekeeping was based on request, however basic things like garbage removal (especially at a place with a kitchen) should be done daily or every other day. Also, we had housekeeping service on the day before checking out. I requested it when we first arrived. The service did not take place until very late in the afternoon, which meant that we really did not have the service during our stay. Then, the "cleaning" was insufficient. No vacuuming of the carpeted areas, no cleaning the bathroom. Only towel change. And no sheets change for the bed due to the ridiculous excuse that my neck roll pillow was on the bed. Overall, the convenience of location, public areas, the room layout, the swim pool, etc, all good. But a top priority for me when staying at a hotel is cleanliness.

The property was clean and had all the amenities you might need. ALL the amenities! 😎

The breakfast sucked. Seems like Hilton could figure something else out besides fast food type sandwiches. Although they did have coffee throughout the day.
