I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing due to the following issues: 1. The hotel staff appeared to be intoxicated and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. 2. The room conditions were unacceptable: The bed cover, pillow cover, and blanket cover were dirty. The bed itself was broken. The sofa was extremely dirty and uncomfortable to sit on. 3. The bathroom was in terrible condition: It was not clean. The water heater was disconnected and not working. 4. The air conditioning was not functional. 5. Basic amenities such as soap, shampoo, and towels were not provided. 6. Food service was not as promised: No dinner was available at night. Breakfast, which was included in my booking, was not provided. This overall experience was extremely unpleasant.

The staff is sketchy, they didn’t check me in by my real name, and took cash from me. So I don’t know if the owner knows that the staff is scamming them.
