Room was spacious, balcony was good..big size. Food was tasty

It was not clean, cockroaches were there. The bed sheet was dirty. Only 3 people I think are only managing the entire premises. Food was good by one man army..he's a cook, he's serving, taking orders, picking utensils...therefore it was really time consuming to deliver the order. Lights and AC in another room were not working where 3 members of my family were staying. In the morning light went off so no hot water was available as they don't have any other arrangement they even don't have UPS OR GENERATOR to light the rooms. When we checked in there was no water on any tap or flush. Overall the only thing i can say is its budget hotel, affordable price, near highway but bit interior where nobody can guess it's there. For booking.com : One more thing i would like to inform, they charge more than the price it was reflecting in the app as in their system it was reflecting more which was I think 500-600 bugs more. That's not fair. Kindly update the price properly so that neither us nor the service provider shall have any confusion.

Fine location and its new property

They denied to entry by way of paying through oyo booking and demanding cash payment over and above booked amount and it is very difficult for us to find out new hotel at late night. First of all, the asked about from where you are coming and they get benefit of out state (out of madhya pradesh) passenger I personally believes that they might be not trusting on oyo.
