Attention to detail from the staff who are helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, good air-conditioning, decent shower pressure. Cleaned daily and relatively promptly. Good breakfast which rotated enough. Amenities, complementary services and discounts for add-ons are appreciated.

Really nitpicking, but the transport to the beach were not great in timing. No door on the shower stall meant bathroom could get wet.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Saga for our family. All the staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to make your stay so comfortable. Everything is so clean, the pool is beautiful, the buffet breakfast is delicious, and the gym has everything you need. It has been the highlight of our Vietnam trip.

What I liked: We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests had a great experience. The restaurant is excellent, and the breakfast is outstanding, with delicious pastries, great Vietnamese coffee, and a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. The hotel itself is charming, with beautiful, clean, and well-equipped rooms. It truly feels like a little oasis. We also appreciated the shuttle service to the town center and the complimentary bicycles, which were in very good condition and perfect for exploring the area.

Guests looking for complete peace and quiet should be aware that the hotel can be quite noisy in the morning. Street-facing rooms are exposed to traffic noise, including scooters and horns. Pool-facing rooms may also be affected, as the hotel is very family-friendly and the pool opens at 6:30 a.m. During our stay, children were often playing and shouting early in the morning, which disturbed our sleep. That said, the hotel was very understanding and did its best to address the issue and make the rest of our stay as enjoyable as possible. One final note: there is a noticeable gap under the room door, so noise from the corridor can be heard, especially in the morning when housekeeping begins.

Great location, rooms and hotel facilities immaculate and the staff were fantastic (shout out to Ming and Cham and guest relations team). Really enjoyed the bar with pool table and happy hour was a nice touch as well. Highly recommend

Happy with everything from the hotel. Perhaps add signage around the pool area to discourage people filming (this happened a lot)

Everything was great but the staff really made this an amazing stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and every time it was with a smile! The room, in my opinion (because my bf said the opposite 😆) had an amazing smell of lemongrass.. a spa like scent! I loved that it didn’t smell like a usual hotel room or cigarettes. The location was perfect- about 20-25 min walk to the old town; and beaches were just as close… or a quick drive.. poise they had shuttles that take you to the old town or beaches! The street it was on had plenty of shops also. The buffet breakfast was really good! Had plenty of options both traditional foods and continental breakfast options. The pool was comfortable, wish it had a few more pool chairs (but thank god we weren’t there during high season 😆).

I don’t have anything to say that I didn’t like!
