La Rosa de la Alfalfa

Alloggio in pieno centro, comodissimo per ogni spostamento. Arredi nuovi e perfettamente attrezzato.

Noi eravamo in tre con una bambina quindi per noi andava bene ma l'appartamento viene proposto per quattro e in quattro adulti credo si stia un po' strettini.

В целом отличные аппартаменты с отличной локацией. Еще в подарок нам подарили бутылку вина, что говорит о хорошем сервисе. Отличная кровать.

Не хватило тапочек, так как пол был прохладный. Немного темновато в аппартаментах, так как по сути дневной свет идет только с терассы-колодца. На одной стене около столика была содрана краска.

Location of LaRosa (first hard to find as the taxi did not drop us on the GPS coordinate provided based on google maps. But it's next door to La Bodega so use this tapa bar to find the apartment). LaRosa is in a great location in Alfalfa neighborhood. Grocery store across. Lots of bars restaurants everywhere- all Walking distance. Apartment has washing machine but a little difficult to figure out with symbols that's confusing. No safe to store valuables and recommend management should supply.

No pudimos ver el apartamento porque en pleno viaje hacia Sevilla nos mandaron un mensaje booking diciendo que nos lo anulaban. Tampoco entiendo que dos días antes yo escribiese al apartamento y no se diesen cuenta que tenía overbooking. Una faena muy grande en la cual todos se desentendieron

Emplacement idéal pour tout visiter à pieds. Supérette avec tout ce qu'il faut juste en face du logement. Petit bémol la qualité wifi médiocre. Mais nous recommandons le logement.

The location was excellent and within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see. It was well decorated and seemed to be well equipped although we only used the kettle. The luggage storage facility was a great addition.

There was no outside facing window and therefore no natural light apart from a tiny shadow from the atrium. The bathroom, kitchen and bedroom were clean but the living area was very dusty and the sofa was badly stained. We also got dirty feet walking on the floor with no shoes so it clearly was not clean. When we arrived there were no lightbulbs in the bedroom so we contacted reception and asked for some. We were told to send photographs, I’m not sure why? They eventually provided the bulbs two days later.

The location was perfect, we could walk to every attraction easily. Bars and restaurants were nearby which was great. The apt was quiet, well equipped and had a nice decor. A taxi rank is opposite the apt and very useful for the trip back to the airport. We had an evening flight on our return so used a luggage locker storage facility literally a minute walk away. We booked it online a few days before and it was so easy to use on the departure day. We really enjoyed our stay
