Konumu çok iyi. Real Alcazar ve Sevilla katedraline 12 dk. yürüyerek ulaşılıyor. Plaza España da yürüyerek gittik. Tek sorun Gece sokaktan çok gürültü geliyordu ve her gece sabah 02:00 gibi cam konteynırı boşaltılırken yataktan sıçrayarak uyandık. Her bir soruma whats uptan çok hızlı cevap verildi. Cam yalıtımı sese karşı daha iyi olmalı.

The unit is fully equipped from kitchen to the bathroom. and the host provides good quality items eg shower gel and shampoo. The bed is king and super comfy. Location of the unit is also excellent. Close to shops, restaurants. super convenient.

This property was excellently located right in the heart of the Alfalfa area, 10 minute walk from most attractions and directly opposite a taxi rank. The hosts were very helpful, and the property was clean, with all necessary amenities. They even left water and a welcome bottle of wine which was a lovely touch.

If I was to say anything, it’s that the location of our particular apartment was at the back of the building so it lacked some natural light but honestly I would still rate this 5* and would definitely stay here again if I returned to Seville.

Street noise can make it difficult to sleep as the apartment is in a very active street with traffic and bin collections occurring during the night and early morning. However, if you want to experience an active city street vibe then this location is ideal. Plenty of restaurants and within easy walking distance of tourist attractions

Magnifique appartement et situation exceptionnelle!

Really enjoyed our stay in La Rosa de La Alfalfa. Room had all we needed and the owners were very helpful with the arrangements and extra requests, such as providing a locker for our bags on the day we checked out so that we could spend another day enjoying this beautiful city. The location is unbeatable, in the very cool neighborhood of Alfalfa and walking distance to all parts of the city. I would highly recommend La Rosa as a base for visiting this amazing city.
