Vive una experiencia para 7, en Santa Ana 6

El piso es Increíble , Soñado!!! Muy limpio y bien Decorado . Tiene excelente ubicacion podes ir caminando a todos los lugares centricos. El ingreso al apartamento Fue un poco engorroso por qué te tenés que registrar en una pagina que ellos te envían y no me aceptaba fotos de los pasaportes ni de los DNI estuve más de 1 hora intentando registrarme para poder ingresar hasta que lo logre.

No tenía wifi . Ni conexión a internet. En la puerta si hay una web pero no estaba habilitada.

En general toda estuvo bien

El departamento es muy funcional. Tiene todo lo necesario. La ubicación es fantástica.

The location

There was no hot water although the responsiveness from the property manager was ok after a follow up.

Excelente location and a great flat!

Clean apartment.

Kitchen was not well equipped; only 3 glasses, a few knives. No dishwasher, although it said in the description. Lots of noise from the hallway/stair in the night.

On-site assistance

Communication with the host was not good. I received a message that my room would be ready early, I assumed that meant I could check in prior to 3 PM. This was not the case because the door code didn't work. The person who was cleaning rooms on a lower floor was kind enough to open the door so we could leave our luggage in the room but we had to come back after the original check in time, which was misleading. Also, there was not air conditioning in every room so one of us was hot that night. Also, the bathroom fixtures were broken, rooms were dirty and some rugs in the apartment were not safe.
