I liked just about everything, though I didn’t realize how having a car would complicate my stay, given that the property is in the central zone. This should be mentioned — many people have no idea how complicated the new regulations are.

I felt that communication was a problem. I had a few questions that were never answered so I wasted a lot of time trying to get some answers. Everything worked out ok, but it was very frustrating. I also think that 70 euros is excessive for cleaning that small apartment.

Very nicely furnished. Good size rooms, comfy beds. Very central, can walk everywhere.Madrid a truly beautiful city. Spritzers on top of Rui hotel and Circulo Bellas de Artes. Mostly quiet, weekends bit noisier but not late. Once you get access codes app link etc works well, necessary since not possible to see numbers to open street door any other way. If you have to restart WiFi, name and password revert to what is on the router. QR code no longer works

Hosts were unresponsive to problems with WiFi after our arrival. Needed more info as to where to find bed linen for sofa bed, (in the sofa and in a basket which looks like a seat!) A single duvet cover not suitable for the double duvet and no sheet/pillow case for sofa bed. Huge pdf provided too generalised, no ceramic hob or dishwasher in this flat. Also no way of lighting gas cooker. Matches hard to buy at 1 am. We sorted everything by end of day 2 of a 4 day visit and had wonderful time.

Great location, clean and comfy place for a weekend stay in Madrid.

There was no soap neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen (for dishes). You cannot boil water for a morning tea because the electric kettle doesn’t work (do not even try to connect it as it will turn off the electricity in the house) and also there is no lighter or matches for the cooker.
