Superb view. Great facilities - everything catered for from shower to kitchen to lounge to bedroom. Having a dedicated offroad parking space was useful. Even better was discovering a superfast electric car charger just around the corner.

Stairs were a little tiring but worth it.

Lovely flat in great location over looking the sea and a short walk down hill to the beach (what goes down must come up) but we enjoyed burning a few calories coming back up the hill after our meal at the spyglass pub on the beach front which played live music and was a very pleasant place to be. We will be back!

The apartment was easy to find, very clean, well decorated, and incredibly comfortable. On the one rainy day we had, we were more than happy to have a relaxing day in!

The only issue, and it's not down to the owners, is that the car park is quite a tight angle for entry and exit. Slow and steady is key!

We are home from such a lovely stay in Sandy Toes. Mel and Daniel were so accommodating and have truly thought of everything to offer their guests a wonderful stay. The views from the appartment are blissful and the location to Ventnor Town and beach is just fabulous. We have already booked for next year!

Lot's of steep stairs and the alarm played up a bit. The temperature of the sea ... Brrrrrrr !!!
