Sandy Toes - awesome beach view and access

Loved the decor, location and fabulous sea view.

We found the place easily using the directions that Daniel and Mel had given. The apartment is beautiful and was great for our family. Our girls loved their room. They loved the shower. My husband and I loved our bed, so comfortable. The curtains and blinds in the bedrooms make the rooms dark that we slept in and rested. The bedding very lovely. We had our privacy. Absolutely quiet. The lounge was comfortable and we enjoyed movies after our days out. The kitchen is well equipped with all gadgets that we felt like we were home. The apartment is a few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Daniel and Mel checked on us by message during our stay which we felt was great hospitality. We absolutely loved our stay and could do it again and again.

Great location for Ventnor beach. Ideal flat for a small family. Everything we needed.

The beautiful sea views in the good location and the place is well equipped & lovely, we didn’t mind walking up some stairs. The friendly communication from Mel & Daniel Sandy Toes was well received, thank you.

Be very careful when in & out from car park, it can be tightly parked at times. Coffee machine & an additional toilet would be perfect for family.

We loved the correspondence from the owners and recommendations for restaurants. The part was very clean and easy to use . We had a very small issue with hot water - this was sorted over the phone immediately- amazing 🤩

Personally the only 2 things that I would have loved is a nespresso machine for my coffee and a blue tooth speaker. Every other detail was covered.

Amazing views from the kitchen and the lounge - you could even sit on the sofa and look at the sea whilst having a drink. You could hear the sea from the bedroom too- so relaxing. All facilities were of a very good standard and Wi-Fi was excellent. One of the main advantages was an allocated car parking space off road. Decorated throughout with a nautical theme but very tastefully done. Ideally situated for local eateries- all less than a ten minute walk. A good base to explore the different parts of the island. The weather always seemed to be better this side of the island! Owners were very friendly and extremely helpful.
