Sandy Toes - awesome beach view and access

Great apartment and great location for the beach and Ventnor. We have two young kids and there was plenty of space for all of us.

Property of great proportions, immaculate in every detail. Ideally located! Daniel and Mel could not have been more helpful! Loved it!

Absolutely nothing!

The view was excellent. The apartment was well presented and had all mod cons and everything you could want for a weeks stay (I don't know where they get their towels from but they were excellent).

Description of property was slightly misleading in that we were expecting 1 1/2 bathrooms. There was an excellent walk-in shower with a basin and down the hall there was a toilet with a basin. Not ideal but we made it work.

Wonderful views especially from the kitchen. Even the views of fog and mist were special and ever changing Light and airy. The property had everything we needed. Parking just across the road. It was a bit tight on occasions but parking spaces are like gold dust in Ventnor so very grateful for it.

We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked (and even had ketchup!). I cooked four meals while we were there and had no problems. The living/dining room was comfortable, with plenty of sofa space (and two bonus dining room chairs!). Out of the living room and kitchen windows, the view was picture perfect, even when the weather wasn't, the view was like having a work of art on the wall.

I've never liked induction hobs, but I made it work, so it wasn't a problem. Also, the doors lock behind you without keys, which had more paranoid members of our group constantly checking for keys on the way out. With only one set of keys it might have been handy to have the phone number of the hosts inside the lockbox as I can remember a four digit code, but recalling a phone number without my phone if both that and keys were locked in, would have been impossible. Mention was made of the stairs, but we didn't mind them.

It had the feel the top class hotel. Decor was beautiful and obviously a lot of care had been put into it. Spacious relaxing luxurious. The hosts could not have been more helpful. Under view was extraordinary out over the sea and down over the beach.

I think it will be useful to describe the steps in the description. The apartments in the top floor of a Victorian house. Once you get in through the front door there are two flights of stairs. Good handrails and perfectly safe but I think could be a struggle for some.
