Beautiful property and a lovely welcome from Andrea! Some great personal touches and an extremely comfortable stay with amazing hosts. Best place to stay in Dunedin and walking distance to the beach/eateries. We loved Huey and crumpet too!

Andrea and Graham had thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. They were very warm and welcoming, and so were the cats!

Fantastic hosts - Graham and Andrea are very friendly, very accommodating, full of good conversation, giving of their time and local knowledge, excellent with pre-stay communication. I really enjoyed my time with them. Lovely set up, such a comfy bed, so close to the beach, quiet, lots of thoughtful little extras, extremely clean.

I didn’t like only getting to stay for one night! Will revisit if I get the chance.
