GBThe cottage was in beautiful countryside - peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were on holiday in France but they were in constant contact and their treats were much appreciated. Great location for exploring York and Harrogate, and we had a wonderful day at the Great Yorkshire Show. Will definitely stay in this well appointed cottage again.
Our stay was too short.
GBAbsolutely lovely cottage. Well equipped, and even though we took our extra large dog crate for our young Labrador, we fitted in nice and easy. All equipment easy to use. Lovely welcome. Beautiful surroundings where had some lovely dog walks. Everything was clean and tidy. Didn't want for anything.
Only thing is the cottage has wooden stairs which our young Labrador didn't know quite how to deal with. Turns out she's alot heavier then last time we needed to lift her. 😆 🤣
GBFabulous location on edge of a beautiful village with so many places of interest within a short drive. Hosts were extremely welcoming. The cottage is very clean and well equipped with everything we required for our visit. I would not hesitate to return the next time we are in this part of the country.
GBLovely cottage. Hosts were very helpful with things to do and see and made a lovely rhubarb crumble on arrival which was added bonus! . Check out the river walk near by. Easy to reach park and ride at peppercorn for bus to city. Only thing I would say and definitely not a criticism would be to put mind the steps in cottage as all flooring is wood so can't see the step
