Lovely place in the Italian town of San Donà. Room was super clean and the bed very comfortable. Perfect for a couple. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Also nice breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. Strongly recommend!

The only thing we noticed was a weird smell (like garbage) coming from the closet in the room, but it didn’t spread to the rest of the room. Other than that there is nothing to complain about.

Very helpful staff, especially owner. The rooms are spacious, particularly bathroom. Also room design is great. We were just one night, but it is convinient if you want to spend more nights. It is closed to the sea (20-25 depend on place you want to visit ), also Designer outlet is just 8 minutes away. There is couple good restaurants just nearby. Plenty space for car parking within property.
