Legacy Inn - Gallatin

The room was good, the floors were not clean, no tissues in the box it was empty, need a trash can in the bathroom.

The staff was rude. Very disrespectful. Could not communicate well.

The water pressure and water temperature.

The room had dead bugs on the floor. The towels and hand towels were used and never washed, there was still previous human hair on them. One used tiny shampoo bottle. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. The fridge had mold and mildew inside of it. The dresser was broken in multiple spots. We has left and put the towels on the floor for the staff to know to replace them. But, when they came to make the beds, they did not replace a single thing, not the used bottle of shampoo, and they refolded the towels and hand towels and put them back up with the same stingy smell and human hair.
