Very comfortable, hot tub worked fine, quiet.

Needs more attention to cleaning & maintenance, bathroom shower curtain is moldy & nasty, missing towel rack in shower with open holes for bugs to crawl in and out of, long hairs stuck to the hair dryer from who knows when.

"Talking with the front desk at times, the lady made me feel as if I was bothering/disturbing her"

Convenient location

I reserved and paid for 1 king bed, well in advance but received 2 queen beds at check-in on May 25th...Was only given enough linen for 1 person but reservation was for 2...Dirty linen HAD to be turned in to receive clean linen daily

Ease of check in and ease of on and off road.

Coffee was stale. Told manager and he is going to talk to the vendor. Next to a light but traffic was not that loud unless loud truck. Air conditioner and TV definitely drowned it out.
