Regenta Resort & Spa By Riverside, Chitwan

The hotel itself is lovely, the room was amazing. Theres an outdoor pool which we didnt use as it was closed for the winter but I imagine is very nice in the summer. The staff are very nice and the manager drove us to the national park for our safari / helped us to book an onward bus which was very kind. They also packed us a breakfast as we had to leave before it opened, which was very generous in size and tasted great.

We booked this hotel as it looked great and was good value. We were aware that the location of the hotel was outside of the main Chitwan town, however perhaps naively, we thought we could just get a taxi / tuktuk to the main town to book a safari / set off on the safari easily. However we found it difficult to do this, and in the end had to book through the hotel for both the safari and the taxi to / from the town, which was more expensive than we had planned for. Perhaps it would be better to pre-book the safari with a hotel collection or rent a scooter first. Obviously this is not to do with the hotel itself, more of a watch out in case anyone else is in a similar position.

Very nice hotel

Staff professionale e gentilissimo, sempre pronti ad aiutarci. Colazione ottima e abbondante.

Un po distante dal parco nazionale dello chitwan, nostra destinazione. Ma con servizio taxi anche le distanze si avvicinano.

The room was extremely spacious, comfortable, and cozy. We stayed for three nights and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The river view from the room was also beautiful. Cleanliness was excellent. If you are looking for a quiet and private place to spend some time away from everything, this is the perfect choice.

Far from the center

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The location is beautiful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff were extremely polite and helpful, which made the experience even better. Food was delicious and well presented. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. Highly recommended!
