Staff super nice. Functuinal AC. Restaurant in downstairs can get brought to room easy

Bed was not comfy, in the bathroom when shower turned on, there was a very strong sewage toilet smell.

The staff were the highlight. Also a lovely Portuguese colonial vibe

Bathroom a little rough but I can live with it

The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is THE BEST, including the coffee.

The location is good, the staff is nice. They wash your clothes for free

The price is too high for what it offers. 70usd for a small room with a small window. In 3 days no one cleaned the room. When I asked the reception why, they said they only clean the room in the morning. So what if you're jet lagged and wake up later? The cleaning crew said they don't have time because they do laundry

Good value for money on a clean, and friendly environment supporting a not-for-profit organisations that train local young people in hospitality. It is my second stay. Room is big and air-con works well and the wi-fi connection seems better this time than before (StarLink?). The staff is very friendly, nothing is a problem, and most a polyglot, speaking good English, and Portuguese. Free laundry is a bonus!

The mattress could be better and so the pressure of the shower. Otherwise, all good.

Sunset Inn and Pro Ema are fantastic. We felt so taken care of here on either side of our trip to Atauro. We really appreciated the staff making accomodations to fit an extra traveller in our room and bringing desserts to our door when the restaurant was full!

It is super hot in Dili so be mindful that the AC won’t get your room super chilly.

The staff here are amazing. The restaurant is top-notch and is visited by ex-pats from all over so make sure you book a table! Be prepared for some of the best food you’ve ever had. Short walk to the beach where I found some cool sea glass. Beautiful place to watch the sunset, locals selling fresh fish and other food. Each year, the Sunset Inn trains many young people in hospitality, hotelier, beauty, hair, chocolatier. The work they do impacts hundreds of families and by choosing to stay here, you contribute to the great work they are doing whilst enjoying a great stay with fantastic service.
