Personnel charmant, serviable, attentionné, souriant, en un mot parfait ! Et la cause défendue par l'établissement est louable. Très bon emplacement (à proximité de nombreux points d'intérêt : musées, promenade).

Douche défaillante et sans pression. Pas de fenêtre dans la chambre ... mais dans la salle de bain ! Qualité de la literie laissant à désirer.

Suggestion: descale shower heads…

very good simple breakfast offered and Free laundry was a bonus. the staff were very helpful and friendly while keeping it Professional.

Water pressure wasn’t great and the shampoo and soap provided were sub-standard.

Restaurant is amazing, staff are so very friendly and helpful!

The wifi in my room was almost unusable most of the time. The curtains didn't keep the light out which meant early wake ups (not helped by the rooster next door).
