Noah's Ark Cave Hotel

Overall was good, there is public parking around the street, but hotel gives you priority space to park your vehicle in-front of hotel, which is super convenient. There is a mosque just opposite of the hotel. Staff was really good, and view was amazing from the top.

I liked there location, staff management, food and wellbeing services.

We stayed in the Quadruple room, which was an authentic cave room carved out from rock walls. Rustic as the walls were, the rooms were still luxuriously comfortable with soft beds, beautiful hanging lamps, and gorgeous carpets. I was worried about cave rooms being dark and gloomy, but instead they were well-lit, cheerful and cosy. The property was clean and centrally located at the centre of Goreme, which made it easy to reach the shops and restaurants. The rooftop also provided a fantastic view to watch hot air balloons in the morning. The owner was very helpful and did his best to make our trip as smooth and pleasant as possible. We enjoyed the hotel’s breakfast, which allowed us to sample a wide range of local jams and pastes. There was a minor issue with the bathroom door on our first night, but they quickly fixed the problem within the day after we informed the hotel.

Location is excellent at town center with shops and restaurants at walking distance. It’s on the main road. Very courteous owner and staff. Rooms are clean with proper thermal insulation. Food is fine.

It’s a cave hotel so don’t expect too much luxury and amenities.

Mr Kadir not only manages his hotel efficiently but go all the way to make sure that we get our anwers. His recommendations in tour, food are superb. The morning buffet was top notch. The lady cook is a teasure.

This was the best hotel experience of a lifetime. Hospitality at its best! Staff was so polite and welcoming especially Kadir and Mustafa. We arrived late and staff Mustafa greeted us at the hotel front door like we were VIPs. During the check-in he showed us around the hotel with many types of room and offered to upgrade or change the room without extra charge. The room and toilet was huge and super clean with king size and 2 single beds enough for a family of 5. It felt like a luxury cave hotel with 5 star service. Hotel location was in the prime area; walking distance to shops, restaurants and etc. They also can provide tour services. The breakfast was delicious with abundant choices of bread, juices, turkish sweets and delights, fruits, sausages, eggs and etc. The best part they can customize the breakfast according to your choice. The staff was very considerate allowing us to check out late than usual timing. During check out time, the staff hotel Kadir gave us a memory gift made in turkey which really touched our hearts as guest. Overall, our stay was very memorable and felt like home with the warm gestures from the staff. I would say this hotel deserves more than a 10 rating. I wish them great success ahead in the future. Surely this will always be our hotel choice in the future. Thanks for the beautiful memory!

Almost nothing

Beautiful hotel in Göreme with great balcony view and delicious food in the breakfast. The staffs working in the hotel were so friendly and helpfull. Bus station, restaurants and souvenir shops are all within few minutes from the hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel. Göreme town is the best place to stay during the trip.
