Noah's Ark Cave Hotel

Warm hotel staff with excellent service. They helped us plan our outings as well. Right from the time of booking to we getting on our bus from Goreme, they just took care of every small detail. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel itself is in the centre of the city allowing easy access to numerous coffee shops and restaurants.

The breakfast spread while huge and delicious felt repetitive by the third day. It would be good if they could think of refreshing the same.

The hotel has been newly renovated to adhere to the UNESCO heritage requirements. The design and craftsmanship is fantastic. The location is superb. Just a stroll down the picturesque main drag. Its quiet and has fantastic views. It also has a professional team of kind, patient, helpful and competent front desk staff, led by a delightful and charming young gentleman, Mustafa. We felt we were in good and trustworthy hands.

Really nice hotel at the city center. Clean room, fresh towels and bed sheets every day. Small but tasty breakfast with beautiful view. Amazing terrace with flowered swings and patio place. Nice and friendly staff, which helped us to book a ballon trip and one day-tour.

In 100 meters there was a mosque (in case you do not want a loud alarm in 4 a.m., find some hotels away from the city center)

There was no warm water in the shower.

The room was very clean and comfortable enough, spacious. Pretty well fitted with some small downsides. The bathroom is very spacious and nice. Th hotel is on a main street, even if crowded I managed to find a parking space for my car. The breakfast was ok, but not for more than 2-3 days. The personnel was nice and eager to help.

The street is very crowded and noisy till late night, but bearable. In early mornings some more noises from the shops at the ground level. Also, our room was right under the breakfast saloon. Every single chair which was moved was making horrible noise! Now imagine that you are trying to sleep because you have to be up at 04:00 for the balloon flight or for the drive to the airport... They definitively have to do something about that! One night they were arranging the tables and chairs at 03:30 in the morning! Some table lamps would also help.

The hotel staffs especially Mr Kadir were very friendly and helpful. It made our stay most memorable. We also liked the location of the hotel in the middle of town. We highly recommend this place.

All the lights in the room was controlled by a single switch system, which made it difficult during the night when someone wants to go to the bathroom without disturbing other occupants in the room. Also the shower cubicle was not totally enclosed which made water spilled out whenever we showered.

Everything was perfect! The staff and Ece were super kind and did everything possible to make our stay pleasant (as the hotel is fairly new they also welcomed suggestions for improvements). A fantastic experience overall. The location is superb too, close to all amenities in the area. Thanks so much for your hospitality!
