Noah's Ark Cave Hotel

Breakfast was very good, the view from the roof terrace and from the breakfast room is stunning. You can see the balloons flying over Göreme from ther (but even better from the sunset point, which you can reach by a walk of less than 10 minutes). The manager was very nice and helpful.

The AC was leaking in the room that we got, but it was no problem to move to another room.

Great location, super friendly staff. Room clean and with a lot of space. Traditional and International breakfast fresh home made (It lacks a little bit in sweet food, bit I tell you this as and Italian who does enjoy cake and that kind of stuff for breakfast). The hotel has a lovely rooftop where you can see at dawn balloons. Reccomended, I'll come back for sure

Good location as it is in the center . Friendly and helpful staff. We were promptly moved to a better and much bigger room because the aircond in our original room was not working.

There was an electric socket that was not properly installed in the wall by the bed. It was hanging out dangerously from the wall. Not enough lights. There is not separate lightings in the room. There should be bedside lamps ! The valve for switching between the showers(in both our rooms were too hard to turn. It would be nice to have 2 keys for each room. The roof top was in a such a state with renovation debris in lying around. The cushions also need cleaning.

Liked the location. Very central and close to all the cafes and shops. The hotel was clean, daily housekeeping was provided. Breakfast was good. Loved the coffee.

I expected it to be an actual cave hotel carved in a cave setup but thats not the case. It's a normal hotel and the room interiors are done up in cave like style with arch. But thats it. Not really got to experience staying inside a cave hotel. Our room was pretty small, bags had to be kept on the floors. One of the day water bottles were not provided and the shower gel was not replenished. Which was taken care of as soon as we reported. Red and green tour booked with the hotel was a little disappointing as well. Both days, more free time was given for shopping leather items, sweets, pottery, jewellery than actually sightseeing. Would have preferred more time at the underground city. It was a rushed tour. Did not get chance to click much pics at underground city.

My room was upgraded without extra charges and it was really amazing and comfortable. I love the ambiance of the room, the rooftop terrace, great for taking pictures. The staffs were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel book any activities you wanna indulge in with pickup included. To be honest, I had a fun time here!

Great location, clean room and space, quiet. Exactly as described. The breakfast as a nice touch!

Parking was not super easy as there is no space in front of the hotel, but it was advertised as free parking so I think it should not be on the listing.

The staff were fantastic. They arranged our balloon ride when I contacted them a week before we arrived. Great room and breakfast.
