Vayu Villa By The Sea

I had a fantastic stay at Vayu Villa! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beautiful and peaceful Patnem Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxing. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What truly stood out, though, was the host—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. You can really feel the care they put into making sure guests feel at home. Highly recommended, and I would absolutely stay here again!

Personally we missed not having any outside space and not being able to open the curtains as you were immediately opposite other rooms.

Wonderful

Vayu Villa is a wonderful place to stay. I loved my room, it’s brand new and is very spacious. The location is great, very close to the beach and the main beach road. I had initially booked to stay for one week and I ended up extending it to three! The owner Rushi is so helpful and kind. I happened to be unwell during my stay and he brought me fruits and juice. I would recommend this beautiful place.

Our bathroom needed a few fixes

I liked that the location was not on the beach where there is music playing sometimes until 11pm. I also liked that it was not on a main road with traffic noises. I really wanted peace and quiet. The villa was very spacious and felt luxurious.

There is nothing I didn't like about it.

Rushi was an excellent, friendly and welcoming host! He was available through text/phone for any concerns. He was very helpful with providing reliable taxi service to the airport. He also owns the restaurant, Sea Land, that is beach front and just a few steps away from Vayu Villa - where the staff are also very accomodating. The suite at Vayu Villa was quite large, and more than comfortable for one or two people. I enjoyed the open space and having a vanity, wardrobe, couch and spacious bathroom. The facility was very clean and you can request room cleaning easily. Vayu Villa is super convenient, just steps from the beach, restaurants, taxi/tuktuk stand and main street in Patnem.

The Vayu Villa entrance is not accessible by taxi, so if you're coming in with a taxi and luggage you may need to ask for assistance as you will walk through a back residential area (accessible via scooter). If you call a cab via Rushi, he will get someone to assist with luggage with is a big help!

Everything! It’s brand new, spacious, clean, cool and comfortable! The host and staff are brilliant. It’s on a quiet back street a few steps from the beach and close to everything

Beautiful property, huge bedroom. Didn't think the pictures online are real at first but was surprised at an even better in person experience

The washroom doesn't have exhaust so if you are the kind who wants their washroom dry as soon as possible, you might not like it.
