Vayu Villa By The Sea

The room was exceptionally spacious and allowed us to work inside, fan and A/C made the environment comfortable to work and concentrate. The property is very nicely maintained, lots of plants and a recreational area where you can sit in the shade. The quality of the bed was great and the pillows were also really great (memory foam supporting neck). Food and drinks were easily accessible in the adjacent Sealand restaurant. A foot path takes you straight to the beach, it is so close that you do not have to bother to bring belongings. Nights were very quiet without disturbing noises coming from road or clubs. We truly enjoyed our stay, will definitely consider coming back and highly recommend this property.

Room service was limited to stocking up supplies. I would have expected cleaning of the bathroom and brooming/sweeping once for a 2-night-stay.

Central location - right by Patnem beach and the rickshaw point, but still very secure and private. The rooms are spacious and clean with lots of storage/closet space. I also really appreciated the neutral decor and good lighting. Most importantly, Rushi is an amazing host who goes above and beyond to provide a great experience! This is a relatively new family-run property and you can tell they really care about their work. Looking forward to staying again.

Nothing to dislike here. Even when my key stopped working one day, they had an electrician come fix it ASAP. They are very responsive to requests and issues.

This place is exceptional - the owner does anything for the guests request - we said we would like a fridge and within a few hours he brought us a brand new fridge!!!! - it is perfection!!!! The communal garden area is beautiful. The rooms are so spacious and so clean and luxurious - LOVE LOVE LOVE had monkeys on roof as well which was a delight. Having to leave because it was paradise

Very spacious rooms. The location was also great, just a few meters away from the Patnem beach. Rushi was incredibly helpful and friendly helping with every queries and showing around.

There appears to be a bit ant in the washroom but that’s due to the tree there.

Everything was good, new villa with fresh renovation. Conditioner, WiFi, taxi from airports and great stuff, especially Rushi✅

If you’re woman be ready that they don’t have hairdryer

Absolutely fabulous .spacious clean comfortable even better than the pictures shown.Biggest room we have stayed in. Rushi was so helpful .He was a great host.

Nothing to dislike

We had a wonderful stay at Vayu Villa. The huts are brand new, super comfortable and spatious. Rushi is really an amazing host meeting every our need.

Location and villa itself was amazing. Less than a min walk to the main street or beach. Villa was so good we extended our stay for an extra 4 nights.. Rushi who owns the place was very attentive and met our every need. Bed and pillows were very comfy!! The pictures match the villa. Brand new facilities. Very spacious and felt like home.

You need a shower mop or floor wiper in the bathroom as water does get everywhere. But this is very minor. Would have been nice if a hair dryer was provided for the price we paid.

The property is located very close to the beach. Hardly 2 minutes walk. The property was very clean, and the room was very spacious. The lighting was ambient. Rushi was very helpful throughout the stay. They also have a very good restaurant with beautiful beach view. The experience of dining at the restaurant was seamless and very pleasant with the help of Yogesh. Must experience sunset from the beach. It's really lovely and peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here and feeling the relaxing vibes.

The place is brand new, very comfortable and spacious. It's tucked away slightly from the beach, maybe a 3-minute walk but it helps cut down on the noise. Yogesh is awesome, incredibly helpful with anything I needed. I would definitely stay here again when I come back.
