It had a cosy cottage feel to the lodge. I liked the fact there was a side door that took you out to the hot tub, and that area was private, so no one in the other lodges could see.

We paid for balloons for my daughters 18th birthday on arrival. They were not in the lodge. However, when we spoke with the staff, they gave us complimentary champagne and chocolates, and we were refunded for the balloons.

Location was very peaceful & great for walks with the dogs

Lodge could've been a little cleaner. Found a false fingernail at the bottom of the double bed & a sock down the side of the sofa.
