Clean staff sweet and welcoming

It was close to our venue we were attending.

The room had a rust or mold stain on the ceiling. There was food smeared on the furniture and food residue in and around the sink. The bathroom seat had urine on it, the toilet paper looked as if it had just been used and stuffed back into its dispenser. There was no soap to wash our hands. There was either mud or rat droppings beside the toilet.

Friendly staff. Easy access parking. Quiet neighbors. Big refrigerator. Great free coffee

Not as clean as it could've been. Could use a deep clean on the floors, in the corners and behind the bed. Some stains on sheets and blankets. There was only 1 small trash bin. I felt bad leaving my mess and trash on the countertop.

The front desk people are nice they attend to whatever u need

How it was clean and the workers didn’t bother u they just worked and moved on

It’s great value for your money. There are lots of space with a full sized refrigerator

The tub draining is slow and the water build up when you take a shower

Close to Frost Center, spacious rooms, easy to get to freeway, friendly front office.

No hair dryer, no iron, soap dispenser wasn't working but they brought us a replacement.

Staff is second to none. They are always helpful and courteous
