Dalton Sq Apartments

The location of the house is perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants and bus stops. The apartment is beautiful with tasteful interior design and we found it absolutely spotless.

The flat itself is great and it's so lovely! It was in a central location in town, plenty of pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, and cute shops nearby.

The flat was a bit cold because of an issue with the thermostat which the hosts tried to fix remotely, but it didn't work.

The property was sparkling clean and exactly what you'd expect from the photos (except there were a few more lovely houseplants, which I see as a ++). Beautifully decorated and minimal which I personally appreciate because it's easy to keep tidy! Being so clean, it was easy to feel at home right away! Hosts were in great communication before our stay, as well as during, to ensure we were comfortable. They were also gracious enough to accommodate an early check in for a very reasonable fee of which they collected to secure the cleaner in order to honor the early check in request. Access, check in and check out were very convenient and private. The location was excellent and central to everything we needed: groceries, restaurants, parking, train and bus stations and as a bonus there was a ferris wheel and ice rink set up for the Christmas season in the square, just opposite. It was really lovely and the stay was superb. I'll be looking to book here for my next stay in Lancaster. Thank you, Tom & Philippa! :)

Clean, cost, comfortable and well maintained.

Nothing.

Very central flat suitable for a couple of even a third person (there is a sofa bed in the living room). The kitchen works well and there are all the necessary appliances. The hosts are very quick in answering any question and this was important because I did my check-in in the night and I had a problem with the code to enter in the structure.

I found the level of the hot water in the whole apartment not "hot" enough, both for dish washing and showering. The bed mattress was a bit too soft for me, but this is just a matter of taste.
