Apartment one was exactly as shown in the pictures. Beautiful tall windows and high ceilings. Excellent location .

The heating was a problem which we couldn’t seem to get right. A welcome book with appliance instructions would be good too. Also if you are arriving by car check out long term car parks as we didn’t and paid a hefty fee for the small car park which was across the road from the flat.

"Great location, very modern with comfy beds."

Clean, modern, great location. Everything was done well and well managed.

The living room can be a bit noisy at night from outside - curtains would maybe help. Just a minor point.

Very convenient and easy to access. Everything in flat that was needed. Uncluttered but comfortable. Quiet despite the roadside location.

The apartment is spotless and in a fantastic location for exploring Lancaster. Close to bus and train. It's perfect for a couple , it feels spacious and light . It has a washer dryer so that helps travelling light . We are repeat customers and will be using it again. It's all on door codes so no key to lose ! (First time it didn't work , we made contact and were in in less than 5 minutes so no concerns there). I would rather change my visiting dates than look for different accommodation in Lancaster ..

The kitchen has all the facilities but could do with a few more utensils.. only a problem if you're like us and plan on doing a lot of cooking !

I have used this apartment before, it's clean, today, Cody, comfortable, the owners are very friendly and message you to make sure your stay is going ok and if you need anything, will stay again next time I'm in lancaster

Bed/bedroom were really comfortable. Very clean. Tom and Phillipa were very helpful when we had to call to get into the apartment.

The TV in both the 'living' room and the bedroom were both very slow... took a long time to load certain apps (however this could have been a wifi issue) The sofa in the 'living' room wasn't the most comfortable just to chill out on. Could do with some side tables for when people are having coffee/tea etc.
