Location was good. Security staff are very helpful.

Disappointing stay – poor service and noisy room I was quite disappointed with my recent stay for several reasons: Overpriced, Small Rooms:The rooms are far too small for the price being charged. Noisy Room & Poor Support: My room had an incredibly noisy electricity meter that made it impossible to sleep. When I asked staff to look into it, I was told no one was available until the next morning. Unhelpful Reception:The front desk staff were unhelpful and seemed to rely entirely on robotic, standard answers rather than actually trying to solve problems. Subpar Food:To top it off, the food quality was highly disappointing. I would not recommend staying here until they improve their customer service and maintenance.

Great stay at Maa Hotel Nairobi! Love the location!The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Joseph, who was very supportive and always willing to assist whenever needed. His excellent service made my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!
