"Excellent location for city centre, property was clean and owner was responsive"

Excellent location for city centre. Property was very clean on arrival. Heating had also been left on - very appreciative as it was cold and raining when we arrived. Owner answered our queries in a timely manner, as well as keeping us updated before and during our stay.

The bed was very uncomfortable we couldn’t sleep well , the carpet on the stairs top room smell like sweaty feet. We was about 15mins away from the adress when I managed to contact the host over the phone, he was questioning and offending without he knows us . He said we coming for party and stuff and he wanted 50£ deposit which was nowhere listed in the important information also we not even went for party and stuff…. And we can cancel if we want now while I was travel the whole day ….also non of his business what I m doing as an adult where and why I m going .The area doesn’t seems very safe full of weirdos.. Just nonsense also overpriced for what it is ….won’t stay here again….
