Beds were comfortable and freshly washed.

The complete disrepair of the property Lack of Cleanliness Stains everywhere Unsafe conditions Bars on the front door and windows Back door locked with a padlock Only one way of escape No fire extinguisher No safety blankets No pat test on any of the electrical equipment Not very homely Photos are not actual representations Not up to standard at all!

Planned stay for one night for a work trip. Ended up booking alternate accomodation after arrival as the area was incredibly unpleasant with metal security gate on the door and photos did not match the in person view. Arrived and the property had clearly had smokers in prior with a smell throughout the house. Looked reasonably clean however change to book an apartment at Roomz.

Terrible - do not stop here everything was so dirty, stains on sofa carpets etc. wallpaper off the wall. Front door damaged. No choice but to leave. Owner nil responsive

What an absolute and utter disgrace that whole building is, so many things broken, stinks of gas, leaking boiler, unsafe, damp, mold and general roughness, wall paper hanging off ect. You ought to be ashamed.

The bath didn’t have a plug. The area was very rough my partner was very nervous staying here. The oven also didn’t work very well. A the floor was very sticky in the living room.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It was filthy. There were bars on the windows and doors which made it look like a prison and clearly states it isn’t a safe location! The street is dirty and noisy. Upon entering the property you are hit with an overpowering smell of cigarettes and cannabis. The inside of the property is dirty and smelly. Mould, peeling wallpaper, the shower curtain being held up with cello tape, the furniture is falling apart. It’s disgusting and should not be advertised on booking.com! I messaged the owners and asked to cancel my booking with a full refund, they refused saying the accommodation is fit for purpose and hung up on me! You have no support from booking.com because it’s at the owner’s discretion which is ludicrous. As a third party, booking.com should have their customers interest and in this case, safety at their best interest. I had my 2 young children with me and we travelled 5 hours. I could not risk them staying in there. I have asthma and my chest played up all evening after only being in there for 15-20minutes! I then had to drive around Leeds (a place I’ve never been) to find alternative accommodation. The owners showed no compassion regarding this so I am now at a huge loss of money and they hung up and left me to find alternative accommodation with 2 young children. Shame on them and I hope nothing this awful ever happens to them! Who would do that to a family with young children. I am dumbfounded that they cannot see the issues with the property, it stinks and needs a full refurbishment. The photos do not match what the property actually looks like. It is extremely misleading and fault advertising. DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. IT IS A HEALTH RISK AND NEEDS TAKING DOWN FROM THIS WEBSITE!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

It was nice clean and had all the equipment

Love this house, its very cozy and well equiped! Location is 8/10 its very easy to get to the city centre by a a bus you take on the corner of the house
