House was clean with updated kitchen (small) and bathrooms. Bedrooms were a good size. Linens and beds very comfortable. Great having both a washer and dryer.

Location was not what we expected. Air conditioning was only in lounge room, so bedrooms were quite hot. Didn't feel comfortable leaving downstair bedrooms windows open during the night. Outside area was not very welcoming to just sit down and relax, but it was clean.

Plenty of parking for a little reunion of friends and a convenient base for a sports competition.

The upstairs bedrooms were quite warm and there were insects outside, the lounge door also would not shut.

Beautiful comfortable place to stay in, perfect location and excellent service. Thank you Mia for providing us a great experience with our stay.

Nothing stands out as needing improvement

Quiet, clean and comfortable and met our requirements for 7 adults and 1 child. I found the induction stove a bit tricky at first. Met all our needs.

The tap in the bottom bathroom basin worked in the opposite way to most. Usually right is for cold water and left is for hot water. So a lot of water was wasted waiting for the water to warm up.

Spacious, clean and well appointed
