S&N Spacious 5BR Home for Business and Families Quiet Near Shops with Parking

Great for large families, lots of beds and rooms. Comfy and perfect for what we needed!

The upstairs shower water pressure was a bit sad, the downstairs shower is much better. The pots for cooking were very small.

We liked that it was within walking distance of a shop. The beds were comfortable and the neighbourhood was quiet. Was close to Hobbiton and some other natural attractions.

There wasn't much space to put bought food except on the counter as there wasn't a pantry space.

Lovely tidy property with plenty of space both inside and out. Also good off-street parking area. Well equipped kitchen, quality linen and tasteful decor. Close to supermarket and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Plenty of room for all

We came to Kiriniriroa as a Whànau from all over the motù to attend our nieces 21st. This accommodation was great. We had 7 adults, 3 children, plenty of space, great wrap around deck, very quiet, private whare, with all the amenities just up the road, will probably stay here again if in Kiriniriroa overnight ngà mihi

The only thing was the shower upstairs terrible pressure, ran only very hot or very cold.
