Problem z dostępem do wody , pierwszego dnia nie było wcale wody zatem nie było możliwe wzięcie prysznica. Po przeczytaniu starszych komentarzy nasza sytuacja nie była pierwszym takim incydentem w tym obiekcie.

contact met caretaker/owner was poor: only possible via Whatsapp, but not satisfactory at all. And very unusual, all our experiences in Italy in the past have always been excellent

Localização fantástica, dentro da cidade velha, próximo de tudo. O suporte do proprietário, apesar de sua ausência presencial, sempre esteve disponível.

Tivemos problema em uma das noites onde não havia água quente para o banho e a cafeteira não estava funcionando.

Da evitare. Camera con odore fortissimo e persistente di muffa e vernice fin dal nostro arrivo. Dopo le nostre proteste siamo stati spostati temporaneamente, ma il giorno successivo la situazione era addirittura peggiorata: la stanza era stata appena dipinta e l’aria era letteralmente irrespirabile. Come se non bastasse, durante il soggiorno siamo rimasti senza acqua calda. Di fronte alle nostre segnalazioni, l’unica risposta ricevuta è stata di “aprire le finestre”. Alla fine siamo stati costretti a lasciare la struttura e a pagare un altro B&B di tasca nostra. Vacanza rovinata, soldi persi e totale mancanza di una soluzione adeguata da parte della struttura. Non consiglierei questa sistemazione a nessuno.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town.

The room was OK. Our sheets seemed to not be the cleanest. We contacted the host about this issue and got no reply. Also, comfort wise, it would make a big difference if there was a sitting area. There was a bar and two tall stools, but they weren’t comfortable to sit on.

Было чисто, красиво, всё новое. Хоть местные и общаются очень громко, но после 11 ночи уже наступает тишина. Хозяин быстро отвечает на вопросы

Подпортило впечатление дешевое постельное бельё. Также вечером возникали проблемы с водой - она шла с воздухом и очень слабо
