Lovely staff

The bathroom was ok except the fan. The carpet was so dirty that I had to keep my shoes on. It was incredibly small, as was the really uncomfortably tiny bed.

Breakfast

The smell of dogs in the room was terrible also having to stand at the entrance for a cigarette looking like vermin.

Very nice atmosphere, nice staff, particularly coffee bar and reception.

Our room was a bit dated but I understand they are in the process of renovation. Breakfast was excellent value, but sausages were not the nicest.

The hotel staff were lovely and friendly ..the accommodation was great.. fabulous huge bed . lovely pool.

There didnt seem enough staff..they were trying to manage both bar and reception in the evenings.made waiting times long.

I liked the garden area with the pool and hot tub . The cafe , and the nice staff

I didn’t like that I had to pay extra to use the pool and jacuzzi spa but it was only £8.50 each a day extra but it should be included in the price

Wonderful hotel, facilities were brilliant, used the spa and swimming pool, staff were lovely, drinks were reasonable priced, rooms were clean and dated. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Dog and children friendly.

Perfect location, walkable distance to many places to visit, staff were accommodating with food allergies and offered gluten free options on breakfast which by the way was spot on for the mornings! Great value for money and we will be returning

Some guests were rather inconsiderate and loud around our room but that doesn't reflect negatively on the hotel and staff, it was a very pleasant stay otherwise.
