There was hair on the bed, floor and closet, which I assumed was a lady's hair from the previous stay.

Good location. My flight landed much earlier than the checkin time and the staff were kind enough to let me keep my luggage in their offices.

I've been to cpt several times and this is easily the most disappointing and uncomfortable stay I've ever had. The apartment wasn't clean. I spotted a number of cockroaches, especially in the bathroom. The shower floods when you're showering. I also found the apartment to be quite humid. There was construction work happening right outside my unit so I woke up to construction workers on my balcony which scared me - would've been nice to get a heads up. Overall, would never book there again.

It was a last minute booking. They were extremely efficient and helpful. Security also top. Great breakfast options nearby.

Needs a mirror in the bedroom and. Plug access near the bed

The unit was clean. It was set up thoughtfully.

The air conditioning did not work. The unit was hot and sleep was difficult. Communication was not always good.
