The location was fine close to everything that we wanted

There’s was no aircon in the room and in the passage when going to the lifts you can smell dagga whereas we were told smoking is prohibited !!

It was a complete disaster, I flew from Johannesburg and my booking was cancelled midair. When I arrived at the destination I found out that somehow my booking was cancelled. I had to stay at the reception for 3 hour while they tried to resolve the issue. 3 hours later they told me that they can't help me I have to ask for my refund from booking.com . I had to look for another hotel and book very late at night .

Disappointed with the bed felt old and uncomfortable, didn't meet expectations.

Location was ok and convenient.

The apartment host should consider having a dishwasher and a washing machine in the apartment. It can be very inconviniencing not having this for long stays.

The place is quite and clean

Rooms without air con its painfull No restaurant or bar...as foreign it was difficult for me to find food, drinks
