Misalignment around checking in that made me wait

I loved everything about the place and our hosts,very caring and loving, from the day they welcomed us into their place,Always checking on us and taking time to communicate with us throughout our stay.I highly recommend Thos place more than any other place I've booked in.The cleanliness? Easy access to the city.....Everything was Exceptionally Good, Uncle Dave and aunty Colleen are thee best, we even recieved complimentary goodies on our checkout.

That i had to leave the place and come back home 😊

It was close to everything, quiet and clean.

The area

Dstv channels were not there

Water was hot and running always. The little air conditioner to cool you down after a long day.

The couch had stains and was uncomfortable. Could smell the weed from other rooms almost everytime Was provided with only 1 toilet paper and i had booked with a partner for a 3 nights stay so it wasn't enough Lastly, the TV was super slow

The sanitation of the apartment was Good, though an air conditioner would have been best for summer period, a humble suggestion. Our stay and security was amazing, however we waited a long time for the check in, and a very slow response to online messages or matters of urgency.

The bathroom was abit sandy, but I think twas bc of the winds and the windows were open for air circulation.

Everything, from the kitchen that had all the necessities, beautiful view from our room. It was very quiet, clean and tidy. It felt like home. Smooth check in process. Exceptional location, it was easy to move around time. Ahhh we had an amazing time with my partner, we’ll definitely come back again. Ohhh not to forget, amazing stuff by the reception, made our check in so easy and smooth

There was so much confusion when checking in. I would communicate things on the Whatsapp chat, but every time someone else would answer and in the end everyone was confused and things weren't communicated properly...
