GBExtremely clean and the facilities there covered everything. Really nice addition with the welcome hamper too! Great location , a couple local shops near which is good to grab quick stuff and only a 5min car ride into the city centre/start of the city. Staff/Owner was extremely friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. 5 lads stayed here and we’ve all agreed we will book this place again when go back up to Manchester.

Situated in a residential area
MTWe had a wonderful stay at this property as a family of 9. The house was absolutely impeccable—spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and perfectly heated, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner, Kam, was always available whenever we needed anything and was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The hospitality truly stood out, especially when the owners went out of their way to provide us with bread, butter, and other necessities upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful touch. Everything was well prepared and maintained to a very high standard. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We will surely visit again!
